Return / Exchange Policy
JHScents candles are handcrafted and carefully inspected before we ship them to you.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If products are damaged during shipment your order can be replaced, if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your items can be exchanged.
Shipping Policy
JHScents Candles are hand-poured and made with love, please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. If there is a candle that you are interested in but is sold out, please allow 10 to 14 days for the making and curing process. Orders will ship out within 5 to 7 days of the received order
(this time does not include weekends and holidays in which the post office is closed).
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If we are able to change before the item has been shipped, we will try our best to do so.
Once your order has shipped, we are not able to change any shipping information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the shipping information.
Local Delivery Policy
Please allow 2-4 days for local orders to be processed (this does not include weekends or holidays).
Once orders have been processed, the customer will receive an email notifying them that their order is ready. For local delivery, please note that there will be no deliveries after 8pm CST.
When an order delivery is being conducted, please, have your order confirmation available.
